Facilitation

Creative wildness is a vital energy that is part of the human make-up.When we can access this it brings gifts of awareness, aliveness and fulfillment. It does not require that we are artists, but that we are curious and willing to playfully explore without judgment to find the treasure of what lights us up.

I have a lifelong interest and curiosity in the creative process which I bring to my work with my clients. Through playing with color, shape, story and symbol, poetry, movement and sound, I help people give their lives a rich new dimensionality; like opening a doorway into a part of the house they never knew existed. This gives them something to work with as a springboard for further exploration and to give greater understanding in, and meaning to their lives, both inner and outer, in a colorful and delightful way.

I also believe that processing emotional energy creatively in a safe, supportive, environment can be a fabulous way to grow lotuses out of the muck.

I work by phone, FaceTime, or Zoom.

I offer 90 minute sessions at $125 each but recommend the package for a real sense of progress. I offer an original 1 + 1.5 hour session and 3 1hr. sessions with an email, phone or text support check-in between for $395.

Workshops

It can be profound to work individually in a safe, non-judgmental space in the company of others who are similarly focused. There is a group energy that develops that adds to the level of dynamism in the work.

Currently, I am not offering workshops.

But they’re coming!

Art

In order to stay vital creatively and to nurture myself, I must keep my own art practice alive.

I am inspired by the beauty of nature, and the magic of dreams and of fairy tales.

My work is also fueled by the need to process my own emotional energy and life experiences. Painting in oils and watercolor provide this kind of outlet for me with the added bonus of having an end product with it’s own inherent sense of fulfillment.

I hope I can help you to find your own way to the sense of fulfillment that comes from creating something from (seemingly)nothing.
